I would come back to visit their restaurants, but that’s it. The restaurants we ate at were all wonderful too.

In spite of everything, the staff there are AWESOME, very friendly, and very helpful. I wouldn’t pay money to stay in this hotel.

I feel that these issues (with the exception of number 4, maybe that’s just a “rock star” thing) are unacceptable, especially since this place is so new. Don’t understand why they can’t dedicate one floor, especially since most of the clientele smokes here. Zero privacy in the toilet area of the bathroom if you are not staying in your room alone. The thermostat didn’t give us the option to have the vent fan continuously run (to offset the fact that there was no way to open a window).

No window that you can open, not even to crack A little to let outside air in. Stayed at the hotel for the first time and will not stay here again for the following reasons: 1. Way too tight and takes your money too quickly to have any fun. Been to Hard Rock twice since they opened.
